attentive staff great recommendation small room glazed window
The staff was very attentive at breakfast. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. (I loved their suggestions!)
The room was small (perhaps the smallest I've stayed in). There was no window to look out of, only a thickly glazed window.

quiet stay near landmarks
attentive staff spacious room convenient location
the hotel staff was very attentive during breakfast and provided helpful information about local attractions i found the air conditioning in my spacious room very welcome as the temperature rose breakfast included both self-serve and served options with items like cereal fruit yogurt and eggs the hotel's location in a quiet area offered convenient access to santa cruz and macarena districts.
my room lacked a full-length mirror which was a slight inconvenience.

the standard double room featured a comfortable bed and clean linens i appreciated the quiet atmosphere it was ideal for restful sleep the room size was adequate for one or two people.

breakfast service included fresh pastries and a variety of fruit options hot food was available upon request the coffee was strong and flavorful juice options were plentiful i found the dining area clean and well kept.

the hotel's location provided easy access to historic sites such as the cathedral local restaurants and shops were within walking distance i found several narrow cobblestone streets nearby the area felt safe to explore during the day and evening.

the reception staff offered helpful directions to nearby attractions check-in was quick and efficient staff members were always available to answer questions they were attentive and polite i felt welcomed .

mixed feelings about the room
small room smelly pipes
the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in.
the room assigned was quite small. there were some insects, cleanliness seemed lacking, and the shower leaked water. the pipes from the toilet smelled bad, a lot of light came in early in the morning, and there was noise.
